Documents Not Sent to Printer

If you are sending documents to a copier/printer, please make sure that you are selecting the correct printer and that the printer is not displaying any error messages. If it is, report this error message to the IT Helpdesk.

If you have selected the correct printer, please double check that you have print quota. You can do this at http://www.shc.edu/papercut. Remember that it costs $0.10/page for B&W print jobs. Color documents are $0.50/page. Note that faculty and staff have unlimited print quota, but if they receive an accounting error, they should talk to their department secretary.

If you are still experiencing issues, reboot the printer, leaving it powered off for approximately one minute.
